Note that a recording will expire and be automatically deleted after a set period of time. The amount of time it's available is set by your admin, but you can change or remove the expiration date of any given recording. For more info, see Record a meeting in Teams.

If your org is still using Microsoft Stream (not OneDrive and SharePoint) to store recordings and you are a meeting owner, you can change permissions and allow people without access to view a meeting recording.


If you weren't the person who recorded or organized the meeting, you can still share the recording with people weren't invited to the meeting. However, the meeting organizer or the the meeting recorder will need to approve your share action before other people will get access.


Archived videos are arranged by date, with the most recent at the top of the list. Click Video to watch the meeting with documents, or Agenda / Minutes to see just the documents. You can also search the archives by typing keywords into the Search box.


For non-Channel meetings, the recording is stored in a folder named Recordings that's at the top level of the OneDrive for Business that belongs to the person who started the meeting recording.


thanks for your response. There are users who put non Teams meeting recordings in One drive for business and Sharepoint Online under the Recording folder. So how can we differentiate these non Teams meeting recording files from Teams meeting recording ones?


1.Teams meeting recordings' [Sharing] column is automatically displayed as Shared (share with people who joined in this meeting), and (non Teams meeting recordings) .mp4 files are Private by default unless you specify whom to share to.

You have the option to view documents for meetings held before March 2005 (without video), watch meetings and download documentation for March 2005 through today or view an upcoming or current meeting in progress below.


An archive of Marin County Board of Supervisors agendas and minutes is available from 1995 to the current date. Minutes are posted once approved by the Board. Agendas are posted generally by Thursday afternoons for the upcoming Tuesday meetings. Minutes prior to 1995 may be viewed in the Clerk of the Board office in room 329 of the Marin County Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael.


A host can record a meeting or training session. When played back, the recording shows exactly what the attendees saw and heard. All pods and interactions in a meeting room are recorded, except for the Presenter Only area and breakout rooms. You can start and stop recording at any time, to control what content gets recorded. A host can create a reference archive of meetings and make the recordings available to attendees.


If a problem occurs during the recording, an error message appears in the upper-right corner of the window. You can try to reconnect to the conference audio, record the meeting without audio, or stop recording the meeting.


Afterrecording a meeting or training session, you can use the built-ineditor to remove sections of the recording. The editor is usefulif the recording contains periods of silence or unnecessary information.Following are some tips for editing recordings:


To edit a meeting or virtual classroom recording in the Content library, you must have Manage or higher permissions for the recording. If you created the meeting or virtual classroom, you have these rights by default.

A host or presenter makes the recording URLavailable so attendees can play the recording. Every recording isautomatically assigned a unique URL and is stored on the Recordingstab for the meeting room in Adobe Connect Central.

The new HTML viewer for recordings is only available if the HTML client has been enabled for the meeting room where the recording took place, or if the recording has been moved to the content library.


Foreach meeting recording, a new indexed event is created for everychat message, layout change, slide change, and camera start or stop.Each event is listed in an Events Index, along with a timestamp.You can filter and browse the index to quickly navigate to specificevents.


Search for specific events: type keywords into thesearch box and click Find. All events that contain a match appearhighlighted. You can look for names of meeting participants, textin all Notes pods, text in all Chat pods, and text on meeting slides.


Youcan view all recordings made for a particular meeting, change permissions, rename,or move a recording, or view a content report for a recording. Also,a recorded meeting can be used as content for another meeting. (Ifa recording has been edited, edits are preserved if the recordingis moved to the Content library.)

If you delete a meeting room, you can retain theassociated meeting recordings. You are prompted to move all therecordings to your My Content section. You can choose to not movethe recordings and delete them along with the meeting room.


Residents of Orange County may view Board of County Commissioners' regular monthly meetings on Spectrum Channel 1301 in the digital tier of service. Meetings can be watched live via streaming video at the link below under Upcoming Events. The link will become active a few minutes before each meeting begins.


The most recent BOCC meeting can be viewed on Spectrum Cable digital channel 1301 at Noon and 7 p.m. each day. Indexed meetings starting in 2010 are also available in the following database through streaming video.


Live Video Streaming of City Council Works Sessions, Regular Meetings, and EDA Meetings. The Mayor and Council are pleased to introduce the Live Streaming component of our website. The Live Streaming is available for all regularly scheduled City Council and EDA meetings. These meetings will then be archived, allowing the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week viewing.


The Mayor and City Council are committed to utilize this video streaming technology in creating a stronger internet presence and provide transparency that enhances open government. Live broadcasts give viewers immediate access to the meeting as it occurs, while archived, providing citizens the opportunity to watch recorded meetings at their convenience.


City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m., and EDA meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise indicated.


Effective May 28, 2021 all Council and Committee meetings will be held in person at Town Hall. Live streaming is available for Town Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Architectural Review meetings that are held in the Council Chambers. You can access the live stream by clicking on the arrow next to the meeting you would like to view.

The Agenda includes links to individual supporting documents, while the Packet includes bookmarks and page numbers and may be downloaded and saved as a pdf file. Packets can be quite large, so please be patient when downloading.


The Action Agenda outlining Commission actions is posted as soon as possible after each meeting, while Official Minutes are posted following Commission approval at a subsequent meeting. Beginning with the October 10, 2016 Official Minutes, Board action (voting results) appear in bold text for easier identification.
